Travel / Mileage
Travel is charged for any commercial shoot outstide of the immediate West Otago area, and our rates vary depending on the brief and the package that you are going with. Mileage is charged at $0.83c per kilometer, however for long distances, there may also be a travel time charged, additional to the mileage.

Setting Up & Packing Up
When selecting which commercial package best suits your needs, please note that our time on site setting up lighting and backdrops is factored into the timeframe that you are booking us for. The time is for the complete job. For straight forward lighting, say a white backdrop and light for individual portraits, allow 10mins setup + light testing, 5mins packup. For more complex lighting solutions we will need more time.

Images, Editing & Turnaround Times
Images are edited and returned to you in high resolution digital images, along with a web ready version. We do offer a background removal service for portraits taken against clean backdrops, which are returned as PNG files. Our turnaround time is typically within 72hours. If there is complex editing requested, we ask for 5-7days. For urgent/next day turnaround, please advise us at the time of booking. This may incur a surcharge if overtime is required to meet your deadline. 

One Shot Concept (30mins) $315+gst
A great option when you have a specific photograph that you need, perhaps a new team photo for your website, or a few individual headshots for your business cards and marketing campaign. Includes 10edited digital images.

One Hour (60mins) $595+gst
One hour of professional photography which can be used for team photos, portraits, product photography, landscapes, interior/exterior, etc. Includes 20-50 edited digital images.

Half Day (1-4hours) $950+gst
If you need more than one hour of photography but less than a full day, this is your perfect solution. It allows for great portraits, allowing sufficient time to work with each person to enable them to relax in front of the camera. It allows for considered setup, choreographing of sets, covering a range of imagery for you from people to products, buildings, details, teams and a few locations in close proximity. Includes 50 - 300 edited digital images.

Full Day (4-8hours) $1800+gst
For more complex briefs that require time on set, multiple locations, events, complex editing. The volume of images will vary depending on the brief.
